When you purchase from Velázquez Cigar Company, your items will be professionally packaged to ensure the integrity of the cigar remains in tact during the shipping process. For best results, please gently open your box and properly store your cigars in a humidor upon arrival.
RETURN POLICY
Velázquez Cigar Company is committed to delivering the best handmade cigars directly to your door. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at info@velazquezcigarcompany.com within 10 days of your purchase to begin processing a return. The more information you provide in your email the better (picture etc.). A 3.5% service fee is included in the final price and is non-refundable.
